We got married on 10-10-10

And so it is.

The two families create a bond that will last.

The Bride's family - Everyone is very different, but so much alike. That would be the best way to describe the Doan Family.  We all have very different gifts, talents and interests, but we all share one common belief - that “no matter what you’ve done for yourself or for humanity, if you can’t look back on having given love and attention to your own family, what have you really accomplished?” The Doan family is composed of computer & vehicular engineers, tree huggers, manicurists, writers, entrepreneurs, and seamstress.  People say that a strong family bond is made in heaven, but so are thunder and lightning.  As our family continues to grow and develop, we value each other’s individuality.  I wouldn’t trade my family for the world!

The Groom's family - Bánh xèo (Vietnamese pancake) is my favorite food, but it’s also an accurate description of my family. Bánh xèo is a cuisine that has a little bit of everything fresh mixed together to create a satisfying taste.  As an only child, I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing a bit of everything.  My mother invests all of her love, compassion, and support into me.  Her wit, wisdom and great judge of character is guaranteed to please.  My father and I are like two volumes of one book.  We share the same noble eyebrows and artistic talents.  He’s the most intelligent man I know. He doesn’t tell me how to live, but rather he lives and lets me watch him do it.  In my opinion, without a doubt, I have the best parents in the cosmos.

One of the happiest days of our lives.  Here's to us - Rùa and Vịt.
